We had an ESG research group established voluntarily in 2021 to study ESG corporate sustainability related issues in order to formulate goals and implementation plans, and plan to obtain ISO9001 certification. We plan to act on the corporate governance and enterprise sustainability and have them incorporated into the Company's operation objectives and future plans in order to make corporate sustainability our core philosophy.

CORPORATE GOVERNANCE

No corruption-related was reported by San Far Property Limited in 2022.
The Company's operating income in 2022 was increase by 32.50% from the year of 2021.
San Far Property Limited had purchased 100% from the local suppliers in Taiwan in the last three years.

ENVIRONMENTAL

The 2022 construction waste And general waste disposal expenses NT＄1,549,430.

PRODUCT

The total purchase amount of green building materials by San Far Property amounted to NT＄113,924,147 as of the year of 2022.
San Far Property is the first company in the industry to list SGS as the third-party inspection service provider for new projects.

SOCIETY

The costomer satisfaction survey average satisfaction score is 4.36 points (out of 5 points) this year.
The overall employee satisfaction was 3.99 points.
San Far Property had cooperated with National Taiwan University Experimental Forest Management Office in 2021 to adopt 1 hectare of forest land with 1,500 saplings planted, which is expected to help reduce 5.61 metric tons of carbon emissions had been achieved.
